is located outside of Castor, Alberta, on a rich mix of rejuvenated grasslands and wetlands. Through a wide range of practices, which include rotational grazing, riparian rehabilitation, and permaculture, they raise nutrient-dense, grass-fed beef while regenerating the prairie landscape.

They partner with the restaurant, Chartier to create on-farm dinners highlighting their products in high-end cuisine.
